StaffMilton Adult Day Services exceeds staffing guidelines set by Indiana Family & Social Services Administration for Medicaid Home and Community-Based Service, which regulates a 1:6 or 1:8 staff to participant ratio. Milton Adult Day Service maintains a staffing level at less than a 1:5 staff to participant ratio. All staff and consultants are certified and/or licensed professionals including a Master’s prepared nurse, a licensed practical nurse, a qualified medication assistant, a certified social service coordinator, a certified nursing assistant and a certified activity therapist. All staff have specialized training in the care of adults with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.
